Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive way of working with your body’s natural energy field to release what feels blocked, heavy, or out of balance—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Instead of asking you to push harder or “fix” yourself, this work invites your nervous system to slow down, your body to soften, and your energy to move in a healthier, more harmonious way.
During a session, I use intuition and spiritual guidance, to sense where your energy feels tense, depleted, or stuck and gently support those areas in rebalancing. As your system unwinds, many people notice deep relaxation, emotional release, a feeling of spaciousness, and a clearer connection to themselves—like taking a breath after holding it for a long time. Energy healing can be especially supportive if you’re carrying stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or the ongoing impact of past experiences and you’re looking for a softer, more holistic way to reset and feel more like yourself again.
Everyone experiences energy healing a little differently, and there is no “right” way for a session to feel. During a session, you might notice physical sensations like warmth, tingling, lightness or you may simply feel very calm and deeply relaxed, similar to being in a meditative state. Some people notice subtle inner shifts as stuck energy begins to move, and many describe a growing sense of empowerment.
Afterward, many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, as if a layer of pressure has softened or lifted. You might feel peacefully tired and want extra rest, or occasionally more energized and awake—both are normal ways your system can respond as it integrates the work over the next day or two. Drinking water, taking it gentle, and giving yourself a bit of quiet time can help your body and energy settle into these shifts more easily.
In many spiritual and holistic traditions, chakras are seen as energy centers in the body that relate to different aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You can think of them as “inner hubs” where energy collects and moves; when these centers are flowing well, you’re more likely to feel grounded, clear, and connected, and when they’re blocked or overwhelmed, you may feel off-balance in specific ways.
Signs of blocked or imbalanced energy can show up as overthinking and mental noise, a tight chest or “heavy” heart, a lump-in-the-throat feeling, tension in the jaw and shoulders, digestive knots in the stomach, or a general sense of being stuck or shut down. During energy healing, I pay attention to these energy centers—gently working with them to soften tension, clear stagnation, and invite a more even flow of energy—so your whole system can feel more open, regulated, and at ease.
I do not do chakra work but I intuitively get messages about what chakras need more balancing and can guide the person on what is blocking that chakra and how they can release it in their everyday life.
We begin with a short check-in, where you can share how you’ve been feeling, what’s been challenging lately, and what you’d most like support with in our time together. This helps set a clear intention for the session and gives your system permission to start softening and letting go.
From there, I move into an energy scan, using intuition and spiritual guidance to sense where your energy feels blocked, tense, or depleted, as well as which chakras or areas are asking for attention. As I notice these patterns, I gently work with them through energy balancing—using breath, grounding, visualization, and other subtle techniques to support your system in coming back into balance.
We always close with a few minutes of integration, so you have time to come back slowly and notice how you feel. I’ll share any intuitive insights that arose, offer simple practices or reflections you can take into your daily life, and make suggestions about whether ongoing sessions might be supportive for you.
Energy healing can be especially helpful when you feel worn down by ongoing stress, anxiety, or burnout and your system is stuck in “fight, flight, or freeze.” It offers your nervous system a chance to reset, release built-up tension, and find a calmer baseline again.

Our sessions are done online on Zoom so you can receive intuitive spiritual healing form the comfort of your own home . To prepare for a session, I recommend finding a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, wearing comfortable clothing, setting a simple intention for our time together, and having some water nearby to support grounding and integration afterward.
