Mindfulness Support offers a gentle, practical way to come back to yourself when life feels busy, overwhelming, or emotionally heavy. These sessions create a calm space where you can slow down, notice what is really happening inside you, and learn simple tools to stay present, even when your mind is racing. Rather than trying to “fix” your feelings, we focus on building a kinder, more spacious relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and body. 

What is Mindfulness Support?

 

Mindfulness Support is one‑to‑one guidance that helps you develop the skill of paying attention to the present moment with curiosity and compassion. Together we explore how you are currently relating to stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges, and then introduce gentle practices that you can actually use in real life.

Sessions may include simple breath awareness, body‑based grounding, short guided meditations, or everyday mindfulness exercises you can weave into your routine. The emphasis is always on what feels safe and doable for you, so the practice becomes supportive rather than “one more thing” on your to‑do list.

  • Meeting thoughts with kindness. Learning how to see thoughts as mental events, rather than absolute truth, so they have less power over you.
  • Allowing emotions. Creating safe space for feelings like anxiety, sadness, or frustration, and discovering how they move when you stop fighting them.
  • Building daily anchors. Simple practices you can add to everyday moments – walking, eating, commuting, or winding down before sleep.

Session Details

Sessions are spacious and not rushed; instead of a strict time limit, we allow enough time for you to settle in, move through the work, and land gently at the end.

 Our sessions are done online on Zoom so you can receive intuitive spiritual healing form the comfort of your own home .  To prepare for a session, I recommend finding a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, wearing comfortable clothing, setting a simple intention for our time together, and having some water nearby to support grounding and integration afterward.
